We are seeking a highly motivated Intern to support the sustainability assessment of next-generation biomanufacturing technologies. Responsibilities
- Conduct research on biomanufacturing technologies for the production of chemicals and materials.
- Assess Carbon Capture and Utilisation (CCU) biological technologies for potential industrial scale-up.
- Perform Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) of biomanufacturing processes.
- Prepare technical reports, research papers, and presentations to communicate findings.
- Explore cutting-edge research in climate change innovation.
- Develop a deep understanding of sustainability evaluation for next-generation green technologies.
- Build a strong interdisciplinary foundation to guide future career development.
- Strengthen skills in scientific reporting, research communication, and publication.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Master's degree in science/engineering (environmental, biotechnology, microbiology, sustainability or a related area).
Skill set
- Strong understanding of biotechnology concepts and circular economy principles.
- Proficiency in conducting Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) using relevant tools and software.
